what is A2/A2 milk?

It is commonly assumed that symptoms experienced after consuming regular milk are due to lactose intolerance. Some people may actually have a sensitivity to the A1 protein and not lactose itself.

A1 and A2 are beta-casein problems, a form of the casein protein found in milk.

A1 and A2 proteins are known to affect the body and digestion differently.

People who are known to be lactose intolerant are reporting that they have an easier time digesting milk/milk products that are produced with only the A2 protein.
